Bayalieb · Pre-launch
Your privacy, thoughtfully considered.
This notice explains how Bayalieb uses the information you share when you join our launch updates list.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address and the date you agreed to receive collection and launch updates. Please do not include sensitive or unrelated information in the signup form.
How we use it
We use your email only to manage the Bayalieb updates list and, where you have opted in, to send news about our launch and collection. Your consent is the basis for those marketing messages. We do not sell or rent your email address.
Storage and service providers
The signup form and launch updates list are provided by Brevo. When you subscribe, your email address and signup information are sent to Brevo so we can manage the list and send the updates you requested. Cloudflare provides this website's hosting. We limit access to the list to people who need it to manage Bayalieb. You can read more in Brevo's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, ask to access or correct your signup details, or request their deletion at any time. When we send updates, each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at contact@bayalieb.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and signup record while you remain on the updates list. If you ask us to remove it, we will delete it unless we need to retain a minimal record to respect your request.
This notice covers the pre-launch email list only. We will update it if our collection or use of personal information changes, such as when online orders become available.
